I just played a new game by Tiny Little Lion called Paint By Pixel, and I have to say, this was a really addicting game. It's kind of like popping bubble wrap; you see those little bubbles and just have to pop them! In most pixel art games, you are tasked with selecting individual cells to "paint," but in Paint By Pixel, you are basically chiseling away the tiles to uncover the color. There's just something gratifying about watching all those squares bouncing around as I chisel away. I 100% recommend this game. It's Pixel Art with a twist, so WISHLIST it on Steam now folks! store.steampowered.com/app/2244050/Paint_By_Pixel/Screenshot showing the tiles getting knocked off (below). You can choose the brush size to cover large areas, and of course, you can zoom in or out, but I found the normal size to be perfectly fine because I'm not looking for a single individual cell; I'm scraping sections. I know this sounds confusing, but it makes an ordinary Pixel Art game extraordinarily fun, especially when doing Landscape pictures in the "HUGE" category. I also love the GRID around each image that helps you determine where any missed cells remain I changed the color of the current numbered cells to a teal color which really made them stand out and easy to spot.

Honestly, I prefer Artists of Fortune for pixel art games. Steam just added a cooking set. I had no idea there were so many kinds of cheese, or so many shades of orange.

Basically @pennmom, said it all, but here is my first impression of playing this game.
1. Great tutorials! Leaves nothing to guess or figure out on our own. 2. The picture selection and putting them in category by size is very good! I also like that the pictures are "full", ie. the background has to be colored, as well!
3. I've heard no music... Is there a music? 4. The controllers are very smooth and fast - there is no delay between clicking on a cell and see it colored (usually my main problem with pixel coloring games) 5. A new color doesn't undo an already colored area, it's great! I promptly abandon the ones don't have this feature. 6. Zooming, and the grid option is excellent. 7. I'm not sure about the brush size (?) This feature is new to me... I suppose, it helps when a cell is missed and instead of finding it by the autofill, we can just change to the large brush and sweep the picture with it (?) 8. I miss one particular feature - the sticky key. In my favorite game there is an option of "sticky key". What it does, by choosing that option, it holds the left mouse key "stuck" so I don't need to hold the button down while I color - I can just simply move the mouse and color without constantly holding the left key down.
I hope to see many DLCs and/or sequel to this game! ever so much!

I was playing Paint by Pixel today and I must say it's a good game and what sets it different from other pixel games or at least the ones I've played is it allows you to click once to fill an area with a color. I like this feature a lot. It also comes with a variety of pictures in different categories. I played the first few and thought it's time for my feedback so I don't forget. It's definitely a game I will be checking out. Hopefully this will be the start of a series because it's one of the best art games I have ever played. for the key pennmomMichelle

I'm yes and no about Paint by Pixel. I didn't care for the tiny and (some of the) small pictures. Just too blocky for me to enjoy the finished pictures. I did enjoy the larger ones though because they looked a lot more polished. I do love the grid. It makes it so easy to see where you're missing a pixel. for the code.

pennmom, I bought it at Steam yesterday and am already more than halfway through. It's easier than the first one because the jigsaw puzzle variants seem to have less pieces to compensate for the extreme junkpile look of the images. Haven't had to use the hint button hardly at all. The Steam achievment for finishing at least 1 of each game type without using a hint is completely broken as it doesn't even register one game being done without hints, much less all 5. :( Otherwise, it's pretty much the same as the first game; all they did was put new pictures into the same structure.

On this page, you can find 7 games under the Boomzap banner, and 6 of them have been developed by Tiny Little Lion. This achievement gives us plenty of reasons to celebrate, but we know that there is still much work to be done. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. Your support has been invaluable, and we are grateful for it.

nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion, it's obviously not my call on how you make your games, and if they're still selling well, good for you! But for me personally, seeing a new HOG or 2 or 3 every month which isn't all that much different than the last HOG or 2 or 3 which came out the month before is getting too cookie-cutter. I did enjoy the ones I've purchased, but also don't feel the urge to buy every game you release, and I know I'm not the only one. IMO you don't want your games to be getting "Fantasy Mosaics Syndrome" because sooner or later people are going to get tired of it (FM was popular for a long time but after 30 or 35 games, most were disenchanted and I haven't seen a new one in some time now after 50 or so games). BTW, any idea on whether the bug with the Wonder Vision achievement at Steam for So Much Stuff 2 will be fixed? I'm not the only one who cares about the Steam achievements from what I've seen at the forums there. ;)

I'm not the only one who cares about the Steam achievements from what I've seen at the forums there. We understand your concerns about the frequency of our releases. However, it's also important to note that as a game development company, we have to meet the demands of our publisher, BFG. We want to assure you that we don't intend to keep releasing sequels for our games. We learned from our experience with the I Love Finding series that it can be exhausting to constantly come up with new ideas while also being instructed to keep it similar to the previous game. We know for a fact that missing a BFG game submission deadline can have severe consequences, such as pushing back the release of our game. We're told this happen to Boomzap, whose Christmas game was launched after the holidays. As a team of 20 (I Love Finding started with only 5 of us), we're always looking for ways to innovate and create new titles that offer something fresh and exciting to our players. Also a hotfix for the bugged achievement is being worked on as of this writing. It should be out in few hours. And for sharing your feedback about our games. We really appreciate it :)

Much appreciate your feedback nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion! That's really too bad that BF is pushing you like that and makes me wonder if BF is running itself into the ground with how they've shut out developers who don't have existing long-term deals with them while forcing the developers they still work with to crank games at inhumane rates. Anyone trying to start "new" with BF can't even get in the door with them anymore, and I read elsewhere the developer of the Clear It games stopped working with BF because BF did not want their games anymore or something. Hopefully you don't burn out. Thanks for checking in with us here.

nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion, SynthpopAddict, I can't understand why BF would not want new developers (and existing ones, of course) It seems that would broaden the spectrum and give players something new? I'm wondering if BF pushed Domini Games too far, they were throwing out a new series twice a week and then they started developing simple HOGs...now they are just MIA! Thanks for the entertainment nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion! Clapping

nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion, I have a suggestion on Nature Escapes. On the Park Ranger games a super hint shows not only the hidden objects but also the trash and animals. Could you do that on Nature Escapes? I was looking for a green balloon that was morphing into another similarly shaped green balloon and I guess I looked for twenty minutes. I would love it if a super hint would show the morphs also.

We've just submitted our "All American Game" to BigFish. we are keeping our fingers crossed, hoping for a successful review process that would allow us to release the game before the first week of July.

I was one of the few that wasn't too enthused with Paint by Pixel but it has definitely grown on me. There is one particular puzzle in the first game that I am just in love with. It's a German Shepherd with sunglasses on. It's gorgeous and lots of fun to finish.

nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion, I love that you included word games; we just don't get many of this type for some reason!? I also love your swap & rotate games, they are always so unique & challenging!
