Much to her surprise, she receives a mysterious and strangely esoteric reply from an unexpected source...
Who is Devere? And how can he be sending letters from the forest at the edge of Angela's town?
Read through their illustrated correspondence, and watch their story unfold.
Features -Voice acting for the leads. -Examine an array of letters, postcards, and other documents. -Multiple endings. -Open Dyslexic font option. -Self-voicing and descriptive text toggle. -Text-to-speech voice mode.

While trying to escape the ghosts of deceased residents, you search for interactable items in the many abandoned rooms, slowly unraveling the mysteries and secrets of this cursed dwelling.
Developer's note: This is a single-developer project and my first game on Steam. Therefore, I would love to hear your valuable feedback so I can keep improving the game and making it a better experience. I hope you enjoy it and thanks for playing!

Sleep walking through an open StarGate isn't the best of ways to end up on a distant moon, especially when the StarGate closes behind you before you wake up. This is the position that the intrepid Captain Disaster finds himself in - not all, however, is as it seems; there is a greater purpose at work here.
With innumerable references to classic adventure games, science fiction and of course Pink Floyd, Captain Disaster in "The Dark Side of the Moon" is a freeware, fully-voiced, light-hearted point and click adventure game which will exercise both your grey matter and funny bone. It's the first full adventure game to feature the Captain Disaster character, who also stars in Captain Disaster in: Death Has A Million Stomping Boots - and hopefully many more games to come!
Should run okay on any modern (and even most ancient!) Windows PC. Should run on Linux/Max under WINE emulation but I can't make any promises.
I also accept no responsibility for any mental conditions you may pick up as a direct or indirect result of playing this game.

The year is 1988. Adventure game developer Delores Edmund, on hiatus from her job at MMucasFlem Games, has returned to Thimbleweed Park for a quick vacation. While she’s home, she’s making some extra money as a photographer for the Thimbleweed Nickel News. Hey, game developers need to eat, too!
Thimbleweed Park hasn’t changed at all in the year since Delores has been away… or has it?
…Since when is the S&D Diner a five-star establishment? …When did the PillowBear™ become all the rage? …Why is Ransome the Clown suddenly winning humanitarian awards? …How come no one seems to remember that dead body that turned up under the bridge a year ago? …Can Thimbleweed Park get any stranger?!.
In a town like Thimbleweed Park, a side career in photojournalism is the least of your problems...
Delores: A Thimbleweed Park Mini-Adventure started out as a prototype for Ron Gilbert’s new point-and-click adventure game engine and grew into a fun little game. It is not a sequel to Thimbleweed Park and is probably missing all of the small bells and whistles that would make it a commercially viable game.
This was a challenging game to make because we had to use almost exclusively “found art” from Thimbleweed Park to create all new puzzles. Also because we couldn’t go outside IRL.
As a to our fans, we are releasing it for free as something you can have fun with in these odd times. You don’t have to have played Thimbleweed Park to enjoy this mini-adventure. (But if you do enjoy it, why not check out Thimbleweed Park, hmm?)
Key Features: -Non-stop point-and-click fun! -Return to Thimbleweed Park, the setting of the Best Adventure of 2017 award from Adventure Gamers and the for Not Still Living at Home award from Ron Gilbert’s mom. (Or, visit Thimbleweed Park for the first time! No prior knowledge required to play!) -Explore Main Street and solve puzzles to take pictures for Thimbleweed Park’s hard-hitting newspaper. One of these days Natalie will get that Pulitzer, and it will be thanks to your help! -Tackle increasingly difficult assignments as you get closer to figuring out what the heck is going on in Thimbleweed Park this time. -Sample a new adventure game engine by Ron Gilbert, who created Lucasfilm’s SCUMM engine and classic games Maniac Mansion and Monkey Island back in the day.

The Rockrose region has always been shrouded in an aura of mystery. Its trails were walked by hikers who claimed to have seen some figures crowned by a halo of light, but that is only part of the legend... Even so, there are those who have found in these lands a frequent place of pilgrimage and offering.
Kali Müller knew Rockrose like the back of her hand, she used to camp by the lake with her partner Illai and it was common to see her walking each of the trails. The last time she was seen was on the path leading to the lighthouse, where she used to sit and draw the unique figures of the shrines, fascinated by the local stories about miracles, strange symbols and unexplained medical recoveries.
Delve into Rockrose after her strange disappearance and find out if the legends are true...
Lapso: NIMBO is a short adventure as a prologue to the story of the main game. Some factors like performance, graphics, sfx, music,... are subject to improvement, so the final result in LAPSO could change. We hope you enjoy it.
Features: -Explore a small section of Rockrose and discover its secret locations. -Solve strange puzzles to get to the end of the adventure. -Immersive environment thanks to the use of 3D audio and a careful visual aspect (we recommend the use of headphones for a complete experience). -Different HRTF audio profiles to choose from to make your 3D audio experience unique -Use the new Unity3D High Definition Render Pipeline.
Note: The full game, Lapso, is scheduled to be released in 2021.

Day One is the prologue for Chinatown Detective Agency, a mystery adventure game inspired by the classic Carmen Sandiego series that will take you across Singapore and the world in hot pursuit of criminals, witnesses and clues.
I remember my first day at INTERPOL like it was yesterday. Now it was just me, my office and my very first case.
You’ll guide new PI Amira Darma through her first day in the detective business, managing your new agency, using real-world research to crack cases, and taking on one of three clients, each with their own story and secrets.
The world is in a state of flux as the global economy nears the nadir of its decade-long collapse. Singapore stands as a last refuge of order but even here the government struggles on the brink of chaos. Private detectives are now the first call for those citizens able to afford a semblance of justice...
Rupert Zhou: The Fixer Rupert was the go-to man for the city’s elite. Who knew what was hiding behind that implacable expression? One way or another, I was going to find out. A park, a bench, a midnight rendezvous, Rupert had a flair for the dramatic. But his extensive connections could be useful to Amira...if she can prove herself reliable.
Tiger Lily: The Kingmaker Well dressed, elegant...a society girl through and through. And that name: Tiger Lily. Delicate and fierce at once. A real enigma. Tiger Lily knows everyone who’s everyone in Singapore. Strange then that no-one knows her, not even her real name. Someone like that strolls into an agency like Amira’s? Business was already looking up.
Keeran Iyer: The Reformer He held himself like a schoolboy on the first day of class, honest and respectable. Part of me felt sorry for him: I’d seen what this city could do to men like that. Keeran is a politician determined to clean up the corruption ravaging the heart of the Lion City. But this strength is also his weakness. Can a man like him survive in a town like this?
In the Lion City your choices matter, and your actions will change the course of Singapore’s future. Even on her first day, Amira will make decisions that could help get the city back on track...or send it spiralling into chaos.
Use your own real-life detective skills to solve the cases, choose a side, and take your first steps towards unravelling a global conspiracy!
Mature Content Description The developers describe the content like this: The game features scenes of moderate violence, blood, the use of tobacco and alcohol, and mild sexual references.

to the Twenties! A murder has gripped the VIP section of a fancy train, and it's up to amateur sleuth Victoria and her omniscient feline friend Hercules to investigate. Meet the witnesses, hunt for clues, and gather alibis in a world where no-one will help you with anything until you solve a puzzle for them first!
With a run-time of a few hours, Victoria Clair and the Mystery Express is perfect for a weekend of puzzle-solving play! Tell a friend. Grab your cat. Maybe your cat will help you with the puzzles? I don't know. I had enough trouble getting my own cat to voice-act for this thing.

The Adventures of Nick & Willikins is a humorous look at the very British relationship of Master and Manservant as told through the lens of clueless non-British writers. Also, there's a dead body involved and it's up to you to search the posh mansion for clues! Did the Butler do it? It's up to you to find out! Oh, and you're the butler, I should probably mention that.
FEATURES -An entirely original adventure written by Matt Rowbotham and Ron "AAlgar" Watt. -Features voice performances from Sarcastic Voyage's entire stable of voice actors. -Vividly brought to life by artists Meg Casey (Munchkin, Welcome to Showside) and Fred Stresing (Invader Zim [comic], Rocko's Modern Life [comic]). -Classic Point & Click interface.

Marie's Room is a short story exploration game about an unconventional friendship between two classmates. You play as Kelsey, remembering Marie's room as it was twenty years ago. But something’s off. What happened to Marie?
“There was nothing I could do about the past. It was definite as hell.” - Kelsey
Kelsey has come back to a room packed up in boxes. She has one goal - get Marie’s journal. When she picks it up, the memories come back. Because twenty years ago Kelsey and Marie shared this room. They spent days in it working on projects, nights talking about boys, pizza and sparkly shoes. Dreaming about the future, planning their life. Until that ghastly night. When it was all shattered to pieces.
What happened to Marie and Kelsey twenty years ago?
Search Marie's room and join Kelsey in her trip down memory lane. Open drawers, pick up objects. Learn what Kelsey remembers, read what Marie thought about it. As you puzzle the pieces together, you uncover the secrets of their friendship.
"She asked me why I was so angry all the time. And I told her -- because it’s a dirty deal. It’s Russian roulette and utterly unfair. The cards I’d been dealt, any player would have passed. I chose to be angry instead. But Marie, my friend Marie, she got me a new deck. And suggested that I deal again." - Kelsey

You're stranded at a cathedral-like train station in the near future, searching for a ticket out of town. Explore the secret passageways, interact with strangers, dig for records, and get hypnotized by the soundtrack – a batch of original music courtesy of the band, Archie Pelago.
Welcome to Off-Peak, a game created by Archie Pelago cellist Cosmo D.
In the game, players will uncover a world where the fate of it's musicians and artists is unclear, yet their tools of the trade are highly prized. Meanwhile, the station itself provides all the comforts a commuter could ask for: great food, the best beer, entertaining board games, relaxing gardens. But who is really benefiting here? It is entirely up to the player to what degree they want to engage in and interpret Off-Peak's stories, characters and themes.
Gameplay Off-Peak is a first-person adventure game that takes place in one giant area with multiple nooks, crannies and hidden passageways to discover. Within its own bounds, the game can be explored at any pace or direction the player so chooses. On average, the game takes roughly 20-30 minutes to play in its entirety.
