iWin have sent an email wanting to switch to a fixed royalty rate vs revenue share.
And this would be for all 5 games I ready have on their site.
The amount they have offered is based on average from Jun - May this year (a bad year for Max the Cat Studios). They did note that they are open to renegotiation.
Personally I think this would be bad precedent for this industry, many of us developers are already struggling. I would like to know if other developers received the same offer and what are your thoughts about fixed royalty rate vs revenue share.

mrmaxie, that doesn't seem like a lot, how are Indies supposed to survive and make more games with that model?

I know I usually support iwin but they seem to be making changes too. For some strange reason they keep putting up old Jewel Quest games complete with old reviews and passing them off as a new game?
