I wasn't sure where to put this but it's about the Easter Bunny and when I told my husband last night, we were both laughing so hard, we were crying.
My son, Rune, is 7 and likes to ask me questions at 7am when there are no synapses firing in my brain. Yesterday morning, it was about where the Easter Bunny lived. I thought really long and hard and blurted out, "Easter Town?" (Yes, Easter Island.) He asked me where it was and I said I had no idea because that was my only thought for the morning and he said, "That's OK. I'll look it up on Google Earth."
I had to crouch down so he couldn't see me laughing through the kitchen cut-out. I really hope there's an Easter Town somewhere.
Also, why is there no elaborate story about the Easter Bunny like there is for Santa Claus?! Or is there and I've missed it?

pennmom, oh thank goodness. He also asked how the Easter Bunny crosses the water and I meant to say that I wasn't sure if other countries had the Easter Bunny but whatever came out made him think there are multiple Easter Bunnies hopping around the other continents.
