Probably a ton of threads about this already, but WTH happened to their tech dept?? Did everyone get sacked? Are they locked in a cyberspace break room? This is specifically about having to reactivate games you already have on your computer. 5 GAMES in a row tonight, I was all set to play, nope,ok, pick another, nope...then you go to reactivate and then it starts downloading all over again...why, why, pennmom, pls tell me why I am still a neglected, frustrated member...sorry, just needed to vent, and my dogs weren't interested in listening and refused to give me helpful advice. Anyone else already going batsh*t crazy over tech probs on BF?

Are they trying to charge you for a game you already bought, or is it just that they would prefer you spend your life in download hell instead of playing them?
(btw, more specific thread titles would be a courtesy to the rest of us so we know what this thread is about)

Not trying to charge again, they're just completely ignoring the fact that previously activated games are ALREADY ACTIVATED...some gltch I suppose. I think pennmom mentioned it in a review before, or others did. Just can't figure out why they've done zipnadasquat to fix the issues we've all been bemoaning. And thanks for the titling tip; I'm new to this forum stuff. 🤔🙂🤯

Big Fish made it so I couldn't download any of my games for some reason. I had to start a new account which worked fine until recently. Now they don't want me to pay for their games or renew my membership. I don't want a third membership so I stopped the madness once and for all.
As for their tech department, it is nonexistent. I have tried to contact them many times and I used to get a response which gave me a free game. However, since I couldn't download anything it was meaningless. They never did respond to my problems as the first response was of the typical generated type.
No customer service and no regards for the paying customer. Time to move on from BFG once and for all.
