Portia and her first husband
The beautiful Portia was the princess of the lush kingdom of Neverland. She was not only beautiful but smart, as well, and when she came to age she wanted a husband with equally sizeable intellect. So, she asked a blacksmith to make 3 caskets for her, a gold, a silver, and a lead. She also has commissioned the royal painter to paint a picture of her, then she has placed the portrait in one of the casket. When the first suitor arrived, she has shown him to the ballroom, where the 3 caskets were displayed with the following writings on them:
She told the prince, that one of these casket has her portrait, and in order to win her hand in marriage, he has to choose the one contains the painting. She also told the suitor, that out of the 3 statements on the caskets AT MOST ONE is TRUE. For her biggest surprise, and pleasure, the young and handsome prince chose the correct casket, and they got married.
Which casket he chose?

{Spoiler}The Silver casket, making the lead casket have the only true statement. If it were in either of the other 2 caskets, then 2 caskets would have true statements.

Portia and her second husband
Portia lived happily with her equally smart prince, but one day she had a horrible thought about that she could have had chosen better. After all, she could make the trial harder, there has to be someone better and smarter than her current husband. So, she promptly divorced the handsome prince, and announced a second chance for her hand in marriage to all. In order to make the trial more difficult, she has changed the statements on the caskets to this:
This time she has let all the suitors to see the caskets together, told them the first who cries out the right answer will be her husband. To avoid random yells, she also said, that whoever cries out the wrong answer will be punished with the most cruelty. Then she let the suitors know, that among the 3 statements AT LEAST ONE is TRUE, and AT LEAST ONE IS FALSE. Couple minutes later, her ex-husband, who wanted to prove that he was the right man for her from the beginning, grabbed one of the caskets, and held it up: "This one has your portrait!" So, they got remarried.
Which casket he chose this time?

{Spoiler}The portrait is in the gold casket because if it were in the lead one, all three statements would be true and none false. If it were in the silver all three statements would have been false so the only possibility which meets the rules is the gold.
