I have Snickers, Reese's, Hershey's with Almonds, Paydays and three Musketeers in my Jar. Have bags and bags in the cupboard. It won't all get eaten so it will go in my Cardinal Soup Tureen for Christmas and then Valentine's Day. Only use the Tureen for candy. Like the Fun Size. They mostly sell mini size for Christmas so buy a lot in October. We still had Reese Eggs until yesterday. Still have Jolly Ranger jelly beans. Some times we have Kraft Caramels at Easter left over from the fall. My adult kids know where the candy is when they visit. My husband eats it the most and he is fit because he can't sit still for long. I like that I can have it if I have a taste for it. I like the Paydays and Hershey's with Almonds the most. scary bat

Late for the poll but I picked other. Had to really think about it, oh, I love that one, but, I really love that one too and so on and so on. The thing I came up with is what ever is in front of me and reachable, so that's why I picked other

Here's some Halloween candy info for you:
Interactive map HERE. I'm moving to California. Michigan, where I live, is #1 Starburst, #2 Candy Corn, #3 Skittles.
Fun Facts: Yes, that says 10.14 billion dollars.
Worst Halloween candy.
And, yes, the worst is candy corn. Seems I'm not the only one who knows candy corn is high fructose corn syrup mixed with melted crayons.

Jo , It's interesting but I don't match my state. My whole doesn't match our state. My husband loves Snickers and my adult kids love Reece's. I agree with most worst Halloween candies but I'll eat smarties. My girlfriend likes with peanuts, she thinks it tastes like caramel. Too much sugar for me. The rest of the worst candies I would throw away. Of course I wouldn't want smarties or in my Halloween . My Grandson likes suckers the best and my Granddaughter likes dots the best. I didn't know they still made dots. Ages one and three.

galaxy, I don't match my state either. I think we're just cheap in Michigan. I prefer dark chocolate and Reeces does have dark chocolate peanut butter cups but they're hard to find. If I actually buy it, I get Dove dark. I've trained my kids to either give me dark chocolate or a Steam gift card. I don't eat much candy and my husband was diabetic but I swear the grandkids will eat anything. My kids aren't big candy eaters. I may dislike those circus peanuts even more than I dislike candy corn. My Alabama grandma always had them and I thought they were horrible. My Michigan grandma and my Dad loved black licorice. It should be unconstitutional because it's cruel and unusual punishment to even offer it to a kid. Black licorice and horehound candy for my Dad and grandma. My Mom likes chocolate-covered cherries and peanuts. I'll eat almost anything but I've got my limits. It's a wonder I even survived my childhood.

Jo, give me dark chocolate any day! I'm actually not a Reese's peanut butter cup fan, and I hate all the above worse candy. My all time favorite is dark chocolate with raspberry filling

Ghiradelli is yummy. Someone I know, but definitely not me, has been known to buy the giant bag of Ghiradelli dark chocolate chips at Costco with every intention of making cookies for my...er...her kids and only making it home with an empty bag which is dumped in the trash can outside on the way into the house. What kids don't know won't hurt them. And, much to my pleasant surprise, Walgreens now sells Godiva dark chocolate bars at check out. I like Walgreens. I can get a bag of Dove Dark at Dollar Tree for a dollar. I don't feel nearly as guilty when it's cheep.

Hi Everyone, The thing about me and chocolate or candy is I never bothered with it until getting back together with my husband. First let me explain that, my husband and I knew each other since first grade and grew up together. We went our separate ways for years and reunited 25 years ago. Anyhoot, growing up I never ate candy. Mom finally decided it was a waste of time going trick or treating or buying Easter baskets since it would all just go to waste. Since all of Mom's friends kids had plenty of their own their Mom's didn't want it. Even after going out on my own had no interest until my husband, he loved all that stuff and that was my downfall

I really dislike circus peanuts and black licorice too.

patches, My parents always put fruit, goose eggs and jelly beans in our Easter Baskets. Goose eggs are terrible. Only went Trick or Treating once as a kid. I didn't have candy around at all when my kids were little but I did take them Trick or Treating with their cousins. So they had candy only then. I think we either stay the same when we grow up or make up for what we don't have as kids.
