Not Found The requested URL /us/en/games/genres.html/ was not found on this server. I am having a slew of problems.
Edited to add: It's a browser problem. Edge works good with the site. Firefox is the one with the problems.

In the game manager you can still view your games alphabetically. Unless you only have a relative few games, you will never keep all of your games in the Games Manager. There have been plenty of times I've forgotten that I bought a particular game, or times when I wanted to check to be sure. How am I supposed to know when I might have bought something? It looks like they took everything that did work and decided to ruin it while charging us more for the privilege of trying to cope with the resulting mess.

AND...if you look a game and press 'buy now' to see what your actual price is...remember to REMOVE IT from your CART if you decide not to buy it! Use the little 'bin' symbol. Otherwise it will stay there, and unless you are alert...you may buy games you were just looking at.
You can see if you forgot as the little 'cart' symbol on your header will have a faint green dot telling you something is still in your cart.

I just tried to purchase a game with a free game code that they gave me on Sunday and it will not accept it so looks like the game codes are gone now.

does this "term of agreement" mean that if a member quits or Bf decides to kick us out that our games will go bye bye? (you will have no further access to your account etc)

pennmom, It does say 'account removal'...which I guess is for hackers or such??? The 'for any reason or NO reason' is a bit much! I don't think it means leaving game club etc..but yes..they could chuck any of us off an account for no good reason which would make us lose access to our games associated with it. BUT..I also saw that there was advice to say 'where' to put your games (somewhere amongst the fine print)..ie what drive? ..which means you do not need a game manager to play them. I will get back to that little announcement. As you all know I have in the past sent and stored my icons in documents and left my fave games on C:drive so as to be able to play them without internet.(or game manager) And that works. Maybe that is short for 'If we go out of business' talk pennmom,?? So I am still doing what I always did LOL

joybelle, it's hard to do what we did, I used to scroll down the page and look for games I missed playing but that's impossible now...where did they all go? Don't forget I STILL need a sales page to download games from because of my GM glitch!

WOWSER pennmom ,!! This is a disaster for you. You will have to type every game you want by name in search to bring it up?? Is that right? Sheesh..what a full on pain! . Sending all the support vibes I can muster ..cos it would sure piss me off matey! It says there are still over 700 TM games on the genre page search...and must admit I didn't count...but I did not scroll that many games in 16 pages?? So it's going to come down to memory?? My accounts are both still working for downloads on the GM...but I often used to scroll the lists just in case I missed a game I may now be interested in. And as I said...for BOGO's (if we still have them)...those lists are really IMPORTANT! BUGGA!

Just a couple of things:
I'm almost positive the Daily Deal and the Catch of the Week were available for everyone, members and non-members alike. I don't remember it ever being tied to membership.
I'm not a member but I still have access to my previously purchased games. BUT
I have fewer games now.
I haven't done an actual count of my BF games in several years but the last time I did, in about 2015, I had over 800 games. I know there were quite a few games that they quit selling. Have they stopped supporting these games for previous owners? I can't think of an example that I can look up.
None of this is much of an issue for me. I've only started replaying BF games in the last year or so anyway. I don't plan to rejoin and I don't have a burning desire to buy anything new from BF. Games I might be interested in are turning up at Steam sooner or later and are usually cheaper than non-member prices. Sometimes they're even fully owned by the devs and BF doesn't get a cut of my money.

I was considering re-joining game club to get the extra points but with all this codswallop bs am on the fence. I just might stick with Steam. That way I can buy gift cards at Sam's Club and hubby doesn't know how much I spend on games heh heh.

I do hate to complain - but it is time for me to drop my little ticket (the second one in a decade) to one and only BFG CS! I do understand that there are no more punch card coupon codes, but then DO NOT say that my coupon is valid until a later time - what if I was a customer who doesn't read announcements and fine prints and only read the exp. of my rightfully earned free game coupon??
I was trying to purchase a game with this, there is line for coupons, and my coupon code said it was invalid... which I was expecting but I think I have a valid claim for this anyways, since they clearly state that the coupon expires on a later date:

I've complained too - very nicely, lol - that they should honor these coupons even if they are not in use anymore. They could've avoid this by letting out the punch coupons with the exp date of 8/2/22... Then nobody would be able to complain, it would be on the player to let it expire. If they don't honor it I will leave BFG, too... I really don't need more games from them anymore.
BTW. galaxy, - did you check if you had points awarded instead? since it was replacement coupon? (I doubt it - but I actually checked b4 I complained)

I got my coupon the day before the changeover with an expiry date of 28th Sept Plus I am not happy being charged an extra $2 nz for my monthly membership without even being told. Plus, does anyone know what time the game changed over? It certainly wasn't the usual time. I can see a lot of regulars leaving Big Fish .

BF didn't give any notice about the codes after changing the change over date numerous times. If they can send me an email about their stupid casino everyday, they can send out an email to 1. tell people their codes and coupons won't be honored after August 2 and 2. remind people to use their codes before they become useless. That would have been the honorable thing to do. And if you couldn't find a game to buy, those codes, coupons, card punches, etc should have been turned into points. And they should have told people that depending on their geographical area, they might have to pay more for their membership. Shabby treatment all around.

It would seem that BFG has crossed a lot of lines for a lot of people, Well the loss of business is on their heads. I had a free coupon before the changeover but being highly suspicious I used it.

NOW do some people here see what I meant back at Pond Friends when I was complaining about them not honoring the expiry date of the FREEGAME codes? Some laughed and mocked me to the point where Timebomb closed the thread, and some people had to be put on ignore. Things got vicious, and all I was saying are the things people have just said here. If they issue a code with an expiry date, they need to honor that expiry date. Period. To do otherwise, with no acceptable workaround that results in a refund or a workable game, is fraud. I haven't used that word in my latest round of help tickets, but I've been pretty blunt about my displeasure in at first not being able to access my account, and now not being able to access the most important parts of my account, which are my points and purchase history. BFG is a business, not a charity, and I am not willing to give them money and not get what I paid for.
