Yesterday about 3:00 in the afternoon none of which problems they fixed. They said they gave me points. I don't see them. They told me to download the trial of Ultimate Mahjong and then activate. You can't download the trial even, but Inertia came through and gave me the game being I bought it on Bigfish and it won't download. I wonder if Bigfish even reads the e-mails, because I made it perfectly clear you can't download Ultimate Mahjong on their site.

Fortunately I never had the problems many of you had and still have and just asked for my coupon to be replaced. The automated reply I got was virtually straight away. They never put my reviews up straight away This was done within 24 hours with a real person. Plus they said I was owed 2 coupons ? Well I am not arguing with that. The whole thing still a total mess though

The main thing is that they have whatever you paid. Actually providing what you paid for doesn't seem to be their problem. They might get around to it eventually.

Woodsy Log, Day 7 (almost day 8) Received another AUTOMATED response toady, unless Felix really is an actual CS agent? ARE YOU F-ing kidding me??? I'm taking it that they don't realize that this suggested method is what I HAVE to do to download games because of the glitch. Obviously, they didn't actually read my CS complaint ticket in the first place!
My response:
I can't download any of my purchased games, have you forgotten that I have the infamous 1404 Game Manager bug and your suggestion no longer works on your new platform?
Because I have the GM glitch (for YEARS) I have always had to activate games by downloading the trial first and then activating them via the GM which would then recognize that the game was already purchased and it would prompt an activation tab.
NOW there is no activation button!!! When I click "buy" on my GM it takes me back to the cart where I stare at a spinning wheel for hours before giving up!
Clearly, BF is clueless about the Game Manager glitch that many of us have dealt with for 8+ years. Clearly, NO ONE bothered to fix the glitch when they revamped the entire system and now, clearly you are all clueless that you made it impossible for those with this particular glitch to access any of their games.
I am requesting a full refund for all of my games due to the fact that I can no longer access any of my previously purchased games nor can I purchase any new full-length games due to your well-known Game Manager glitch that was overlooked when you initiated a new platform on Big Fish Games.

LOLOL, I'm about to drop an other ticketsie. A good handful of my games I've purchased right before the system change doesn't load - I mean, they actually load, but they automatically toggle out to the task bar, and I cannot toggle them back to the screen. They did work fine before. lurkercat, I'm def running out of my happy juice.

No response from c/s after 9 full days. They wiped my Game Club and game list and payment method from their system. It says "You don't have a Game club membership" and "You have no payment method" and "Unable to retrieve archive game library". Worst of all, they disappeared my 4 game club credits too. My question is: Has anyone encountered this exact scenario and just used the game manager to purchase a game and when prompted re-entered all the information to effectively just re-join Game Club? And, if someone here has done this exact same thing, did their missing credits miraculously show up converted to points? Or did they lose it all and look like a newbie to the whole Game Club experience? I got the game manager to get me to the point of purchasing a game with demo time still on it but I chickened out at manually re-joining Game Club. I'm afraid that if I just do re-enroll manually, those 4 Game Club Credits will be gone forever. Am I worried for nothing? Or did someone else here already try this and Big Fish still didn't restore credits converted to points? if you can answer this. After 9 days, my patience with c/s is failing.

If BFG was a Canadian company, we could sic the Go Public team of investigative journalists on them. These people are relentless in pursuing dishonest businesses who gouge and steal from customers, and when they name and shame them, the company usually reverses their decisions and pays what is owing to the customer.
I don't think they do international investigations, though.

Woodsy Log, Day 9: It's strangely quiet, not a word from BF CS. I'm beginning to wonder if BF bit off more than they can chew, do they actually know how to fix the broken system? Every day brings a new problem but so far not a thing has been done to actually fix the issues, the issues are getting are worse! Thursday I was able to buy Grim Tales flawlessly, today the GM doesn't even recognize that I just purchased Connected Hearts and prompts me to repurchase the game when I try to activate it... AGAIN!!
