I just got one of those "rate our service" emails. Naturally I clicked "Bad, I'm unsatisfied" and then I gave it to them with both barrels:
Granted, much of this had nothing to do with my specific issue. I just felt like venting and it is true that there are games I want but am reluctant to trust that I'd get them.

Well, after 13 days of complete silence from Big Fish "customer service", I saw on Facebook that they had once again re-arranged the deck chairs on their version of the Titanic when they 'refreshed' their pages.
Only good thing I can say is that once you click Game Store icon on the new page, you are taken to what's left of the familiar classic page and from there, at least for now, can still click on Community in upper right area where Walkthroughs and old Forums are still available. Will that hold or will they delete those too? So, time to mess around like that but no time to serve their longtime customers who are struggling just to buy/play new games or find/play their old games. That's when I decided to cancel my 13+ year membership. Only thing is, their so-called transition lost my membership, my payment method, my alphabetized 'game download' purchase history, and also my 4 Game Club Credits. With all that unavailable to me and my renewal date coming up on August 19th, decided to call my bank and put a Stop Payment order on the automatic withdrawal each month from checking. My bank rep was a very helpful young man in complete contrast to the MIA Big Fish c/s which used to be quite helpful.
After struggling with leaving all the happy Big Fish memories behind, it's a relief to have made a decision to cut ties. Kind of like when you stop hitting yourself over the head with a big ole hammer, it really feels good when you stop. As far as Big Fish is concerned, I'll always appreciate what they used to be and the 1000+ games I continue to enjoy re-playing.

Jo, lisabella, Valkara, moni, kdubs, joybelle, pennmom, Its a difficult one but I too am seriously thinking of finishing with BF after more than 15 years. My latest problem which I know effects others too ,is that I can no longer place a review. Others seem to be able to eventually get their reviews up but My fault is only when I Hit preview, then I lose my review altogether. I copy and paste now but still nothing when I hit previews. Such a shame that they have let it get this bad.

cyril50, with all the problems multiple people have been having, I understand that. I have been lucky (?) to not have had any in the 15 years I've been a member so I'm not going to leave at the moment. Plus, and I don't know if this will make sense to anyone, while I used to be quite talented in the tech area, simple things like changing platforms (Steam, GameHouse, etc) are now hard for my poor brain!

I'm waiting for a response from the same people who created this paragraph on their "new" website which is riddled will spelling & grammar issues Here's a small snippet, I particularly LOVE this sentence "...may not normally don't work on Fridays" say what???

I finally got a reply on Day 15 from Valentin. Instructed me to uninstall and reinstall the game manager, then to run something called the BF Removal Tool to remove 'troublesome and corrupted files'.
Nope, no way messing with the GM which is playing my games right now just fine so just politely reminded that my request relates to their botched transition which deleted the information of so many customers and has made it almost impossible to find out games.
Also told rep I stopped payment on the 8/19 renewal and will not be purchasing any games there until they restore my 4 credits properly converted to points, fix their website so we can see our information accurately, and can actually once again see our games in an alphabetical listing like we had before. Also that they fix the 1404 error which has made it really rough on me and so many others.
I needed to belong somewhere since BF is no more so I joined GameHouse. I live in Seattle and I was with GameHouse in the beginning. Then I found out about Big Fish where it was a pretty happy home til this cursed transition.
I am thrilled with the ability to line up a bunch of games to play all the way through and not have to buy. They don't use a Game Manager so I click right from their site to launch. It's clean and neat not to mention seems to launch and close much more quickly than the Big Fish GM. My original purchases from over 15 years ago are still there to download to a new computer of course a couple of them won't play on Win10.
Also have already found they have a bunch of the games I had previously purchased at Big Fish but then they turned around and removed them from their site. So annoying. Now I can just replay then on GameHouse and see if still enjoy. Right now I'm replaying Reality Show-Fatal Shot. Their launch page shows a note that there is a bug on the cannon game so need to skip it or it will boot you out of game. Great heads up so when I got to the cannon game, I waited for the skip to fill and happily played on. Way easier than looking through the forum threads for workarounds.
The price for me breaks down to around $3.00 more than Big Fish but I can play all those games all the way through so think I'll be happy enough. At my age not sure I need to be buying too many new games other than my beloved mosaics.

Well, at least they promptly told me they weren't accepting emails. I took a chance on I Love Finding MORE Pups CE... and the game won't download, install, or activate. The email to the link in the receipt bounced.
So I found a link to send a ticket on the website, and here it is:
Rude? I don't give a <censored, starting with 'f'>.
It's beyond rude to provide a link for customers to use if they have problems, and then block everyone from using it.
I'm not kidding about the price, btw. Full price for a CE is now over $25 CAD and the 65% price was a smidge over $9 CAD. I've ordered my last game from them. If I can ever figure out Steam and they have the games I want at a better price... (can't find my Library and keep going in circles...)

Valkara , I'm sorry that happened to you. And the price! Wow! I have slowly turned to Steam and was so intimidated and thought they only sold war or fighting type games. You will get used to it as you keep going back. I promise. As for your library, download their game manager or Steam to your computer. Everything you need to play is there. They have so many free and low priced games and great sales. Load up your wish list. Folks here are so helpful with questions. Good luck!

My last inquiry Bigfish took about 10 days to respond which they gave me 699 points for a game that I couldn't download and activate. I bought it without the trial. I know, I shouldn't have, but I jumped on it even paid the 699 points. I wish they would have replied sooner and I wish they would treat their customers better and make people happy because I worry about where Bigfish is going and losing all my games.
I'm staying with Bigfish because it looks like anywhere you go they have problems. I was looking at Iwin and I actually asked my brother if I could rejoin last week. He said how much is it? I said $14.99. He said "how much do i pay for Bigfish?" I said "6.99" I said it's too expensive. He said "we'll see". But I changed my mind. I noticed Iwin is putting old games as new now. It seems like they all have their problems. I also have Gamehouse. My brother allows me two subscription sites + Norton a month on his credit card. He doesn't want 10 subscriptions on his card in a month, but he buys me extra games.

Again, I totally believe they are going to do away with the reviews eventually and these glitches are probably intentional, designed to frustrate the reviewers into not bothering with the glitchy review submission process...normally, I would say this sounds like a conspiracy theory but they are ditching valuable features on a daily basis, including non-working links to the CE versions of games, disappearing reviews as you are typing, removal of the Forums link (that they promised would NEVER be removed and would remain intact for references in the future!!!

Valkara , nelsonbz_TinyLittleLion I looked on Boomzaps website to see if they sold games (they do not) but I found it interesting that the only "sites available" for I Love Finding More Pups was a link to Steam and didn't mention BF at all!

I just wanted to share an older post from the Big Fish Website, explaining their decision about abolishing the BF forums Specifically, the part that says: "All existing content will remain and be viewable, ensuring that there is continued access to the wealth of knowledge created and shared by our players and moderation team"
