metmichallica, that is what would happen to everyone with the 1404 GM glitch. We haven't been able to access our PH for 10 years because it immediately logs you out I'm wondering if when they fixed it for the existing 1404ers it inadvertently glitched non-1404ers? Can you access your PH via the website?

Yes, I can access my purchase history on Bigfish's website. The 1404 error comes and goes. So far it happened twice with the same error. I'm just hoping this isn't the start of it., Do you remember how it first started for you? for your advice. What do you think I should do? Tell Bigfish?

I couple of weeks ago BF stated on their website updates that the GM glitch was appearing at 600+ games so they made it worse when they switched over the system which is why so many people started experiencing this maddening glitch and couldn't download games the normal way metmichallica, When this first started happening to me, I kept trying to download a newly purchased game but nothing would happen, it wouldn't even pull up the GM automatically. Eventually, I figured out that I had to download the demo and then if I clicked "buy now" on the GM after the demo d/l it would work...because of course, BF didn't bother to respond to my CS ticket...10 years ago!

I have 800...and I have never had a 1404. pennmom , I thought it was 900 though? I am just keeping an eye on my count. But it seems they can fix it now anyway ? !

joybelle , here is the SS which says >600 (I also think it has something to do with the size of games as well, HOPAs & Adventures will probably fill up faster than casual games)

Just sent in a CS request because none of the games in my cart are showing up as 65% off! Yes, I'm signed in. I was signed in when the page loaded. I never have problems with BF and now I have one. LOL

FYI: Please check your Purchased Games Now that we can actually see our purchases, cbtx noticed a ton of doubled up purchases on his account that he was double charged for so I checked mine and literally the majority of the CE HOPAs were doubled up and double charged...I have no way to check my CC because they were all destroyed in the fire and new numbers issued (I have no way of knowing what the CC # was or even which card it was put on) so fingers crossed Here's a few examples (some were charged again on a different date as well)

pennmom, just doing a quick look, I see where it's done that twice but my checking account (my card is linked to that) shows no purchase made so I must have used credits. I'll keep looking but I'm wondering if it's showing that I used 2 credits to purchase the game, not that they billed me twice.

Mine is like that too. I don't think my brother was double charged. I think it's an error.

I have checked my CC acct to see if I was double charged ---- and for as far back as I have checked (6 months) I was indeed charged twice. I'll check more as I have time, but I don't go back much more than a year.

So I went and looked at my purchase history again and noticed that there was a double listing for a game right before the system changed from credits to points. I remember buying that game because I had 2 credits I wanted to use before it changed over and there's no double charge on my debit card. Before they listed our purchase history like this, if you bought a CE with credits, it would show that. There'd be the name of the game and the 16 digits (I think) associated with each credit. For some of us, this is just their way of showing that now and it's not the best way.
For others, you're getting charged just about $14 twice and that's not cool. I really hope BFG takes care of it but as we can see, even with this, they're not consistent in anything. But my fingers are still crossed you get your money back.

Well, the CAD price for a CE is now over $27. And to top it all off, now they spell "Canadian" as "Candaian".
I sent an email to let them know that if they're going to gouge us, at least spell the country's name right!
(not in a great mood right now, given that Steam has just ripped me off...)

About 4 days and they haven't fixed anything. Just back and forth. Like reinstalling my game manager is going to fix my no link in my purchase history that I purchased at their website. Doesn't make sense to me.
Or them cancelling the wrong orders and I can't repurchase them because it's locked that it's purchased.
Or that I bought the game and they download the trial and I have problems validating it. Why not just download the full game and validate?
It's really getting ridiculous. I'm getting pissed.

I would send and email to Steam Support and explain why I fallen out of the 14 days window, also, that the game is not playable. There are exceptions to the 14 days limit, and I think, your case would fit right there.
This is said in their refund policy:
"Exceptions to return policy
If your purchase falls outside of the specified refund window, you may still qualify for a refund. Submit a request via the Steam Support store and customer service will review it."

I keep getting emails from BF Think Tank so I was ready to blast them with my opinions, then I realized all the questions were multiple choice about which mobile game I play AND whether I'd be willing to PAY real money (and win real money I suppose) and at no point was there an option to actually voice my opinion!
I suppose BF is now considering a "real money" scenario in their games?? (I chose the last option)
Anyway, I was fed up with the barrage of emails and the stupid questionnaire asking me if I'm willing to pay real money for their now currently free mobile games so I chose a random spot on the Think Tank website and blasted them anyway!
Here's a copy of what I posted on the BFG Think Tank website:
Why is it that BF sends several emails asking for Think Tank opinions, as if they are desperate to get our point of view...then they have a simple mobile games questionnaire and don't provide a way to actually give your "opinion"?
IF Big Fish actually cared about their members, they would send out a real questionnaire that gave us an opportunity to voice our wants and needs, not just BF's wants and needs (clicking multiple choice mobile games answers is NOT our idea of an opinion!
Why don't you ask us WHAT kind of games we would like to see offered on BFG, or what BF can do to make our gaming experiences better, what we like or dislike about BFG. Why not give us a voice with a questionnaire that lets us actually write text. Why not make us feel like we matter to BFG?
This isn't a Think Tank, it's a multiple-choice gimmick to find out where BFG can make the most money by targeting specific games to specific demographics. It is cold, calculated, and manipulative and I hope people are able to see through this and realize that BF isn't interested in our opinions... a far contrast to the vibe you receive from the multiple emails they send every day stating how desperate they are for your "opinion" but never give you a single option to give your opinion, other than clicking on which mobile game you spend the most money on!
