Best Customer Service Guaranteed...now I know why they proudly displayed this motto on August 8! BF has outsourced the CS to a call center. My oldest son manages a large call center, otherwise I wouldn't have picked up on this tactic. Basically, they have several teams working from each call centers which are located from the United States to India. Each team takes over all CS calls, emails, CS tickets, or current promotions for a different company. Direct TV, Netflix, Dell, Best Buy, etc. all use call centers, believe it or not McDonalds is "testing" a concept where the drive thru orders go thru a call center! I saw a complaint the other day on a BF review stating they have non-English speaking CS that did not understand the complaint and when I got this reply after complaining about the link that didn't work, I understood what they were talking about in the review

Sometimes you don't mind BF making a mess of things. I took advantage of the Bogo sale and they could not even get that right but I am not complaining lol

I keep getting emails from BF Think Tank so I was ready to blast them with my opinions, then I realized all the questions were multiple choice about which mobile game I play AND whether I'd be willing to PAY real money (and win real money I suppose) and at no point was there an option to actually voice my opinion!
I suppose BF is now considering a "real money" scenario in their games?? (I chose the last option)
Anyway, I was fed up with the barrage of emails and the stupid questionnaire asking me if I'm willing to pay real money for their now currently free mobile games so I chose a random spot on the Think Tank website and blasted them anyway!
Here's a copy of what I posted on the BFG Think Tank website:
Why is it that BF sends several emails asking for Think Tank opinions, as if they are desperate to get our point of view...then they have a simple mobile games questionnaire and don't provide a way to actually give your "opinion"?
IF Big Fish actually cared about their members, they would send out a real questionnaire that gave us an opportunity to voice our wants and needs, not just BF's wants and needs (clicking multiple choice mobile games answers is NOT our idea of an opinion!
Why don't you ask us WHAT kind of games we would like to see offered on BFG, or what BF can do to make our gaming experiences better, what we like or dislike about BFG. Why not give us a voice with a questionnaire that lets us actually write text. Why not make us feel like we matter to BFG?
This isn't a Think Tank, it's a multiple-choice gimmick to find out where BFG can make the most money by targeting specific games to specific demographics. It is cold, calculated, and manipulative and I hope people are able to see through this and realize that BF isn't interested in our opinions... a far contrast to the vibe you receive from the multiple emails they send every day stating how desperate they are for your "opinion" but never give you a single option to give your opinion, other than clicking on which mobile game you spend the most money on!
This is the 4th Email I have received in 4 days:
I give it to them with both barrels as well on the website, but I honestly don't think anyone reads them. If they did, I'd have been banned from the program as I haven't minced words at all.
Reminds me of the time when I'd first bought my Kindle and tried to buy a book about Pierre Trudeau (the former Prime Minister who was the father of our current Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau). Imagine my shock when I was told that a book about one of the most notorious PMs we've ever had was not available for a resident of Canada to buy!

They're still making people do that? It should be a once-only thing that should put a 'yes, I read this BS' cookie on your device and never make you do it again.

Somwthing very strange happemed. I e-mailed them about a refund of a CE I bought on there site accidentally (owned the game on Steam) and I asked them to add the 1398 points to my sccount. I e-mailed them yesterday. They replied today. They gave me 1698 points (he said 16.98 is the cost of a Ce for gameclub members). So did price go up? As o today they are still charging me 1398 points for a Ce, but I might have missing something. Did anyone see anything? Thank you.
